This agreement binds both party to do everything in their effort to complete the accorded agreement.

Verkerk-Modelbouw ensure the customer to deliver the right quality and quantity as offered, it’s also our obligation to deliver the goods within a reasonable time, this time includes production and shipment days as well.

This reasonable time of delivery starts after receive of the complete and correct total amount of the agreement to be paid in advance.

For all our products we do have certain guarantee definitions, these definition start at the day of payment receive.

When the products arrive in a broken and or damaged condition, make sure the facts are registered on paper, even better reject from except a damaged Parcel.

Verkerk-Modelbouw does remain in all rights to decide on excepting or refuse a guarantee request.
